SunnyPebble currently ships within the United States only.

Our current Standard Shipping terms are:

• Shipping charge: $9.00 per order

• Handling time: 1–2 business days

• Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days

• Estimated total delivery time: approximately 6–10 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Shipping destinations, tracking procedures, delivery estimates, and procedures for delivery problems are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Returns, Refunds & Defective Products

We offer eligible voluntary returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The original $9.00 Standard Shipping charge is non-refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Our procedures for returns, refunds, defective or damaged products, incorrect products, missing parts, and lost shipments are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our voluntary return policy is additional to any rights or remedies that consumers may have under applicable law.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
