Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard (5–7 business days): $5.95 flat rate
  • Expedited (2–3 business days): $11.95 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $75+

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Example: Standard may take 6–10 business days total (1–3 days processing + 5–7 days transit).

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (based on destination/weight). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons. AK/HI and remote areas may require extra transit days.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

  • PO Boxes, APO, and FPO (via USPS only)
  • We do not ship internationally or to freight-forwarding addresses
  • U.S. territories not currently supported

Address Changes

Before shipment: Email contact@sunnypebble.com or call (302) 464-8477 and we'll update your address if it hasn't shipped.

After shipment: We can't change the address; contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If a package returns due to an incorrect/incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment/suite), we can reship (you pay reship costs) or refund minus any carrier return fees.

Delivery Problems

Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, or building reception and contact the carrier. Then email us within 48 hours and we'll help investigate.

Damaged on arrival: Email photos of the box, label, and item within 48 hours of delivery; we'll replace or refund.

Lost in transit: Once the carrier confirms loss, we'll replace or refund.
