Return Window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

Eligibility (Safety & Hygiene)

Toys must be unopened, unused, and in original, sealed retail packaging with all parts/inserts.

For safety/hygiene, opened or used toys aren't eligible unless defective/incorrect on arrival.

Wooden toys with broken/chipped/splintered wood are not eligible unless damage occurred during shipping.

Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind / ordered wrong item: You pay return shipping.

Defective, damaged, safety issue, or wrong item: We provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping, then replace or refund.

Packing & Carrier

Use the original retail box inside a protective outer carton.

Use a tracked service and keep your receipt (unless using our prepaid label).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Inspection & Refunds

We inspect returns within 2–3 business days of receipt.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval to the original payment method (your bank/card may take 5–10 business days to post).

We refund the product price (including any tax included in the price).

Original shipping is refunded only for defective/damaged/wrong items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used toys (unless defective/incorrect)
  • Items with missing pieces/parts or retail packaging not suitable for resale
  • Items returned after 30 days (unless defective)
  • Personalized/custom items (if applicable)
  • Items marked Final Sale / Non-Returnable

Damaged, Defective, or Safety Issues

Damaged in transit: Email photos of the item, all sides of the outer box, and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery.

Defective on first use (within 30 days): Email photos/video and description.

Wrong item received: Email a photo of what arrived plus the packing slip.

We will replace or issue a full refund (including original shipping). Do not allow children to play with damaged toys.

Missing Parts

Report within 7 days of delivery. We'll send replacement parts at no charge or offer a replacement or refund.

Quality Guarantee

All toys are inspected before shipping. If you receive a manufacturing defect (e.g., rough edges, loose parts, finish issues), we'll replace or refund in full.

Lost Packages

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll replace or refund.
